The educational process is dependent on verbal communications. Classroom and lecture
hall acoustics are important to the learning process for normal hearing students. It is even
more important for students with partial hearing impairment. Cafeterias, gymnasiums,
instrumental/vocal music rooms, faculty work rooms, labs, etc, also require attention to acoustics.
This means proper reverberation times, adequate sound isolation between spaces, and low HVAC
system background sound levels. We provide consulting and design services to achieve proper
acoustical environments for enhancing the learning process. We also design distance learning, AV
