typically serve a variety of uses. Therein lies the challenge to the designers. Sound
systems must evenly distribute sound at sufficiently high levels to overcome the cheering
and applauding. For enclosed spaces, the reverberation time must also be controlled.
Sometimes the acoustician is faced with solving entirely different acoustical problems,
